3) Obesity is another risk of urinary incontinence. Obesity leads to accumulation of extra weight in the stomach and abdominal area of the body. Being obese causes excess weight in the abdominal area and adds pressure on the bladder.

4) Smoking weakens the muscles, including bladder muscles. You can find he smokers coughing most of the time. Smoking is one of the reasons for chronic coughing, which can damage the muscles of the pelvic region. Smoking irritates the bladder and weakens bladder muscles.
